We saw this lovely album as it went through the Queensberry bindery, and decided it should be Album of the Week! Akbar shared a few words about the day, "Shabnam and Rizwan's Walima was essentially a reception that took place in a rural town a couple miles outside of Richmond, Virginia. She put off marriage whilst raising me, so when I found out that she was getting married to Jerry, I politely yet firmly let her know that I had to photograph their ceremony. Ruth and Jerry wanted to keep the ceremony low key, so there were only five of us present.
